Shipping Policy
Once you place an order, you will be notified of an estimated shipping date. Once the lenses have progressed through manufacturing and into testing, we will notify you so that final payment can be made for the lenses and shipping to your destination country. An insured DHL tracking number will be issued. Please inspect any packaging on arrival and photograph any damage as it will assist us with any potential claims.
Return & Exchange Policy
These lenses are special order. We can only except returns of faulty or damaged lenses under warranty. In the unlikely event that we fail to meet an estimated delivery deadline we are happy to offer you the option of a refund.
